Meet Jenn

 

As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Jenn’s goal is to get to the root cause of your health concerns — from extra weight, bloating, and brain fog to unmanageable stress, fatigue, and food sensitivities. So if you’ve been told your symptoms are just a sign of getting older or you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work, don’t worry, you’re in the right place.

 

Jenn has a positive, down-to-earth approach that makes her easy to work with. She believes in setting you up for success with the right education, support, and mindset as she helps you get your body back in balance by showing you how to fuel yourself with the right foods for your individual needs.

When she’s not seeing clients, Jenn works as a health and nutrition writer. She’s also a long-distance runner, wife, and mom of two teenaged girls and one furry four-legged one. In her spare time, Jenn enjoys creating healthier versions of some of her favorite recipes and doing nutritional consultation Redmond.
